What is the difference between ‘job variety’ and personal development..?

They don’t have anything to do with each other. Job variety has no meaning at all. The variety is the large selection of jobs available to a job-seeker.
Personal development is a psychology term for how babies learn to crawl, then walk, then run. Your job "personal development" is how well you progress with your job skills..

   Job variety means multi tasking or not one person one job.Adaptability is the name, personal development comes by being willing to learn and listen and act in the appropiate manner.Attend the courses management sends you on, and basically do not at any stage have your own ideas!
