Insights needed: Do personal timetables work for self-development and improvement?

You know, for people disorganized like me, procrastination is our best friend and willpower is just subdued by constant laziness. The result? Countless nights of sleep deprivation, coursework turned in late, bad hair days, red eyes, diet inconsistencies (days where I could eat like a pig, and others where I could live on water).

Oh. And spiritually, you just feel like crap.

Superficiality will do you no good. Start with simple goals, one at a time; easiest first and give yourself plenty of time to finish it; if not; start over with the same task. Organization for entire schedules will come much later. Also think of the long term consequences of your behavior

  1. Mariam says:

if you are completely going to flip yourself and stick to the time table sure .. but if you know you are going to be lazy and find loop-holes in your time table then no.

    motivate yourself
and then insha’Allah .. stick with your plan.

cz what you are currently doing is not good for the long run.

im kinda like that half of the time *sigh*
