What should I ask my boss in my self-development meeting?

I was asked to prepare for the following questions but I’m not sure what to ask…and I don’t want to look naive, but my role is only a data entry position and low on the totem pole…
What leadership do you need to be successful in your role?
Questions or insight you’d like me to discuss?
"the leadership skills i need to be successful in my role are confidence, organization, initiative, puntuality, etc." just look up some positive words and use them - bosses love hearing positive words.
ask him about promotion possibities and career advancement - bosses love hearing that their employees see themselves staying in the job as a career (even if your don’t). good luck…
