I desperately need you advice,suggestions and guidance please?

Hello everyone
I am from India and I have always been inspired to become a writer.Not novels kinda stuff,but to write self-improvement related books.I have been striving hard to improve my English.My doubts are:

1.As I am a non-native speaker of English,I am not sure whether I can write like a native speaker.I have observed native people’s writing and realized that I had to go a long way.Is it possible to improve my skill level so as to match or as closely imitate as possible like native speaker? What should I do?

2.Any other tips you’d like to give me?

well from what I read, your english seems fine.

And thats what editors are for once you are in the publishing state, they will help ya out.
